Right in the lead-up to Christmas, there was a slight error with my order in the warehouse and they didn't have a specific item in the bundle I ordered in stock. The team was onto it straight away and informed me of what was happening, and gave me 2 or 3 options to solve the issue. Given how chaotic this time of year is, I was so impressed with how this was handled and the level of transparency and personalised care.
