Fantastic as always

Something was different about this week's order. It has been a bit sour milk-ish. When brewing I've had to up the temperature by about 4 degrees to get rid of the sourness. Also when first opening the shipping package it was very chemically smelling.
All odd considering my order is ALWAYS spot on.
