Another long one… haha
I’ve been using the Provherbs Cycle tincture for about two weeks now, and overall, I’ve had a really positive experience. Of course, I haven’t taken it throughout my entire monthly cycle yet, but I think I’ve seen enough to leave a decent review.
My menstrual cycles have historically been anywhere from five to seven days of super irregular bleeding. Sometimes, SO BAD that I wouldn’t know what to expect when I woke up each day. Since using this, I had my first truly consistent, six-day cycle. I also noticed a huge difference in cramping (almost none this time) and I didn’t feel nauseous at all. I still had migraines, but I deal with chronic migraines, so that part wasn’t unexpected. However, my body definitely felt more supported and nourished throughout my period.
One thing I do think is important for others to be aware of is that the herbal formula I received was different from what was listed on the product page when my husband purchased it on May 22nd, 2026. The listing referenced White Peony, Lady’s Mantle, and Spearmint (and still does as of today, June 6th, 2026) but my tincture instead contained Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Orange Peel, and Licorice Root. These are still a very nourishing combination herbs, especially for women, but not what I was expecting.
Before making any purchases, I go and read through the company’s Terms of Service, and Provherbs do state (listed as number two) that they can modify products without notice. So while the change may be within their policy, I think it’s still something customers should be aware of—especially if you’re buying based on your knowledge of specific herbs from the product description and ingredients like I was.
Even with that, I do feel like the tincture helped support my cycle and made my symptoms much more manageable overall. I just think clearer communication about formulation changes would really help customers know exactly what they’re getting. I still 100% stand behind the company and their message, and would still recommend this product.
