Not sized correctly

I typically wear size 10-11 on my middle and ring fingers and 9-10 on my pinkies. I ordered a 10 hoping it would fit somewhere, and two weeks later it arrives too small to fit on anything. I'm planning to get it resized at a jeweler, which is more money and time than I was planning to put into this.
