Brilliant bag
Very spacious lots of compartments
Purchased for my daughter who’s in college and then for uni and she was really pleased with it

Find the zips arkward and they only work on one side of the bag. Handle at top of bag for holding not at all confortable. Back straps are thin. I'm really not happy with it. My prevous jansport backpack was much much better. Very disappointed in this one. I should not have bought it without seeing it first.
