Custom Charm Bracelets

Good quality just not what I expected

I have purchased a lot from this company and always happy. I got a 3 charm bracelet and loved that the charms were not hanging off the bracelet (the ones I chose). Unfortunately one of them ended up hanging off and to me it looks strange. I am disappointed as this product is a bit more expensive and more of an investment for everyday. I contacted the company and they said they will let the website people know. I think it’s misleading to give someone an image of how it will look then what you get is different. The response from the company was disappointing too, especially since I was a repeat customer.

Gorgeous. Bought this in memory of my Nonna. I love that i can hold her close every singe day.
