Item arrived in Canada with a $62 customs tariff due. DHL wouldn’t deliver the item until it was paid. Despite many emails back and forth, it took 11 days before the item was delivered. Kimaï’s response? DHL was delayed due to the holidays. The real problem was that kamai didn’t pay the customs when the item was shipped. Their website clearly states they are responsible for customs fees.
