Trampoline & Tent Bundle

Came with multiple defective parts. Has been over a month and I haven’t received the replacement parts, so we’ve had a half-assembled trampoline sitting in our yard for a month. We could have had a whole new trampoline shipped from several other companies on Amazon in 24 hrs, but instead we’re stuck with this because customer service wouldn’t initiate a return when I requested it. We’re really disappointed. We bought this for our kids for summer, and three weeks have slipped by and we still just have a pile of metal in our yard :(.

I am surprised at how easy it was to set up. I was impressed at the ease as I was dreading the set up. We absolutely love the trampoline and my daughter uses it everyday

For some reason my husband and I had a little bit of trouble getting the base put together but we just started putting the trampoline on the springs and it started coming together. Once we got the trampoline on everything went by quick.
