Great compass would be better with a mouldable base

Quality-built compass, very readable. A couple of mods would make it perfect: - mouldable base so it can sit level on kayaks with a peaked deck (like the one I rented) - either adjustable straps or an ability to rotate compass to align it with centreline of kayak. The first mod might fix the second. Otherwise very happy with it!
