Not enough feedback
First I would like to say that I live the idea of making a game out of pelvic floor exercises. The issue I have is I thought that there would be more of a feedback. For example, when the kegel (or squeeze) is being done I was thinking it would give more of the “strength” shown so at the time of kegel/squeeze you would be able to understand better when you are doing it right. This just gives a % at the end of game but it is not helpful at that time.
