So worth the extra $ for a separate remote!
Replaced the cloud with the Cloud +. Love it! You can actually tell if ECO mode is on. Just wish it didn’t default to high modes when power goes out. When our power goes out (too often), we have to reset the temperature and reset to ECO mode. Love all the extra features too.

Too many bells & whistles?
So far I've been enjoying the cloud+ heated seat and heated water functions. I don't use the air dryer because it takes too long and doesn't effectively dry everything down there...at all really. I also did not know before purchasing that every time you sit on the seat it makes a loud beeping sound and activates the water cycle regardless of whether it will be used or not. I honestly prefer the original, simpler version I had in the past (with the hot water that connects to the sink) but it wouldn't work with my bathroom layout. That said, I am enjoying the warm seat and it will be nice to have the other functions available when I want them.

Great unit - surprisingly feature packed
Having never used a bidet in my life, but having given it many thoughts, I have to say overall I am extremely impressed. I don't know how other bidets are, but I can tell you this one is great, even if you haven't used one before/have no idea what you're doing. The directions are extremely clear, install took less than 30 minutes, (probably more like less than 15) and it doing things I didn't even realize it could do (like take care of the smell, for example) I no longer have to time my poops hours before my SO needs to use the restroom, its a little thing that has given me a good quality of life increase. Honestly, this thing does more than I could fully articulate here, and for the price I feel I got more than my money's worth out of it. My ONLY GRIPE was shipping. I ordered through shop on Facebook and it took forever to ship out. Once it did ship, it arrived quickly. I am not sure if they just had low stock or if these are made to order, but I couldn't be happier with what I got.
