Broken Spools

I had three broken spools of red filament in my last order. How are these broken when they are vacuumed sealed, placed in a box, and then shipped inside a second box. They were clearly broken prior to being vacuumed sealed because the broken black plastic from the spool was not in the vacuum bag. So basically someone knew it was broken but packaged it up and eventually landed at my door. SMH. How are we supposed to use the broken spools when the filament wont stay on them. Lost $30 dollars on this shipment.

Bought a 21 pack to try out there filament color were great the rolls came tightly vacuumed sealed witch is great. The rolls wirk great in Bambu Lab AMS love the fluorescent green and orange wish they will add the fluorescent yellow. Great price on the pack. Hope they add more colors to their line of workday PLA.

This is now my go-to filament everyday. Buying in bulk is really nice and this shipping doesn’t take too long. Once I calibrated this for my machines I haven’t had a single issue.
