I like the flavor and it dissolves well in cold water using a frother. I mix one pack with about 32oz of water and it taste good. Anything less and it does have a strong salty taste. I wish they offered a less expensive option like a large container that with a scoop. I ordered 4 of the 30 pack boxes to get me through the entire summer.

Once I acquired the taste I’ve really enjoyed Instant Hydration. I’ve noticed with other hydration companies its the same thing. I’ll be sticking with Instant though because of the great flavors.
