Overall, this is a 5-star bag. Excellent materials and fit & finish. High quality leather and zippers. The ordering process was seamless, and the laser engraving service was a breeze. Only recommendation would be a bit more padding on the shoulder strap, but that’s not enough to detract from the bag overall. Would recommend this over similar canvas bags from the typical fashion brands.
