Received as pictured. The color is true as pictured—simply gorgeous! All the embellishments were secured & not missing upon receipt. As a size 11, BJ’s shoes typically run either too small or too narrow, however, this isn’t the case with these heels—my heel is completely in the pump. I appreciate the eyelet for the straps to crisscross on the back of the heel. Very, very easy & comfy to walk in; whether for just a few hours or the whole day/night, you’ll be ok with these. My only dislike: there was an imperfection on the bow that looked like some adhesive got on the bow & was wiped away (my guess is probably during the placement of the embellishments). I tried to clean it off with some Dawn Platinum (IYKYK), but the stain didn’t go away. The imperfection was concerning enough to make me return them.
