The quality of the case did not match the price paid. It arrived with visible scratches and marks on the back, which was disappointing for a new product. I reached out to customer support to request a replacement or resolution, but I have not received any response beyond automated replies. Overall, the product itself and the lack of customer service made the experience disappointing.
