Almost but not quite

i’m usually a big fan of otherland candles but this one unfortunately not as much. the smell itself is nice. not my fav (that is reserved for daybed) but decent. my issue is that it tunneled almost immediately. and i always follow careful instructions to clip the wick before and after and let it burn for a couple hours so that it melts evenly. now i have a candle that’s not going to last me very long and will have a bunch of left over wax. i will say that i have bought over a dozen candles from otherland and this is the first time this has happened. maybe just bad luck this time around.

Excellent Customer Service

I’ve enjoyed Otherland candles for years, but recently had an isolated issue with one candle. I contacted customer service and had an immediate reply and even better, an immediate resolution. The candles are wonderful, but it’s great to know that this company is responsive to customer concerns and 100% stands by its product.
