Got a lions mane mini farm and within 10 days or so it sprouted a mushroom that after a week or so boomed to the size of a cauliflower!!! this mushroom is so versatile and so good for your health, everybody should make it a part of their regular diet! and we have!, since the strata is capable of blooming again and again, we are on our third growth now and still going strong. super happy with this little farm and the product it yeilds, will be buying another strata block if/when this one ever dies off.
