Artisan Bread Making Kit (5-Piece Set)

This is SO LOVELY and make beautiful loaves. I like the fact I now have the ability to make my " rustic" looking sourdough bread look more refined.

Gluten-free bread book and tools

The book is excellent. The tools are mainly for making bread with gluten, e.g. the lamee knife and the dough proofing container are not appropriate for gluten free breads. Since I already have the other two tools (dough whisk and scraper/bench knife), I’ll probably keep the book, which is priceless (really!) but give the tool kit to someone else.
