Canopy

Candle arrived damaged with chip in jar. I sent a picture to customer service and asked for replacement. They responded that a supervisor needed to review the request and I would hear back in 48 hours. I have not heard back. Shame because I was excited to use the candle, it smells lovely, but I will not risk using a potentially unsafe candle. Be wary ordering these, customer service is unhelpful. Edit: Heard back after posting this, they are sending a replacement candle. Upgraded from 1 to 4 stars

i have a candle problem….5-10 in my house at all times. otherland is the only brand i’ve repurchased consistently and have tried new scents consistently. does. not. miss. EVER

Obsessed with Canopy Pura and candle

I first tried Canopy with my Pura diffuser, at first I didn’t love the smell..when I pulled it out and sniffed I was just thinking it was okay. After a few days I had walked around and smelled something so delicious and had no idea what it was! I checked my Pura app, and it was my CANOPY diffuser! I couldn’t believe how yummy it smelled when it was actually on! I then purchased 2 candles of Canopy and same thing. Cold sniff was okay, but burning was sooo delightful! Can’t wait to buy more :)
