I absolutely love my E-bike. It is a very smooth ride and great for going around town. I live in a city that is built on a pretty steady incline and it has been wonderful having this bike. The only reason it is 4 stars and not 5, is that it has been difficult getting responses back from the email contact for help/questions.

I had the same bike less than a year old and it got stolen from work I liked the bike so much I bought the same bike again. This time I had it delivered to my home assembly was pretty straightforward the only issue I am having is that the bike will not go into the highest 2 gears and I use pedal assist all the time how to I go about getting this resolved thank great product.

I really love the new bike and in the first week rode 60 km compared to MAYBE 60 km I rode all last summer on my non-e-bike! One drawback is the weight - it is heavy if you need to move it around without riding. The bonus of the weight is that it is very sturdy and is very easy to control as you ride.
