Before they told me about the effects of it, I first tried it cause for one to me its local. They are only located 45 mins from where I live and saw advertisement on Facebook. So I got some sample packs of the pre workout and of the Lyte replacement for LMNT. I tried it and loved it. You can start feeling it kicks in around 20 to 30 mins after taking it. I didn't know that until I started talking to a rep and they told me thats when it does start to kick in. So im like I found me something that can replace the pre 7 I was taking that Novex stopped making and I found me a better electrolyte to replace LMNT cause LMNT was getting expensive. Plus another great thing is that these guys are local to me so im supporting a local business that works for me

Preworkout + Brain boost sample

I got the preworkout and brain boost sample kit on top of some of the electrolytes I ordered. The preworkout was very good, although I don’t take preworkout very often, but when I took the one’s in the sample I’ve always felt like I got good energy and the taste was good too. I wasn’t overly amped up and my heart didn’t feel like it was going to jump out of my chest (which is a positive for me) but it got me through a tough MURPH workout. The brain boost was a few notches down from the preworkout but both packets got me through long workdays on the job site and I felt like I can clean, concentrated energy the whole day. The taste of the tropical punch wasn’t great or bad, definitely tastes a lot better than black coffee though and all the ingredients were clean which is a big deal to me. Overall solid products
