The product itself is great but the customer service is awful. I tried for days to reach someone by phone. I also filled out an online message. No one ever replied to me

My shipment was okay but I can’t reach anyone by phone. I want to cancel all future shipments but the website won’t allow me to end my subscription, and again it’s hard to reach anyone by phone.

This company was a joy to work with in prior years but after spending several hours on hold for the last few days, I am about to call my credit card and cancel my subscription. My time is important and there was a time when you would call and get a person instantly.
