Dumbbells + Bench (Value Bundle)

The weights are really high quality and so easy to use. I can adapt the weights without any fuss, depending on the exercise. The bench is also very sturdy and I can change position seamlessly during workouts.

Love this honestly can’t sing enough praise the way the weights can be changed in seconds is perfection. The Bench is so comfortable love the fact it has different settings too 😊

It was easy to set up. I’ve so like boxing exercise has been added. What I would really like to is meditation sessions added too that would be the icing on the cake
