I really appreciate my Edge Tamers but having lost one of the caps early on, I thought it time to get a replacement cap. It arrived but to my disappointment it was mangled by the post office. R2 made it right many times over. I appreciate not only their products, but also their customer service, proving that even the smallest things matter.
