As always the quality was wonderful. To make it pop we got a airbrush and Polished all the gold and bought a beautiful deep red and popping blue which looks so good

this is about my 12th occre model. very disappointing, unlike my past experience. the model has missing parts, poor instructions, and a tin plate with misprinted parts.
most disappointing has been the customer support, or the absence of it.
it has been over 4 weeks since I raised the tin plate issue. no response even after multiple emails asking for an update. unfortunate.
