They are beautiful earrings, however, they arrived to me with the backs completely bent and unable to be used. I have tried following up through several avenues (DMs, commenting on socials, email, and website chat) with absolutely no response. It’s super disheartening since I would have loved to keep buying from this brand, but unfortunately, there is no customer service to support this brand so I would not recommend purchasing from here.
