Superb service

I had roses scheduled to arrive to my daughter's house while I was visiting so that I could plant them for her. A "late" mother's day gift. When they did not arrive, we notified Heirloom. They were stuck with USPS somewhere and never arrived. After the 10 day period (where the wonderful customer service lady informed about...the roses are packaged to easily do well for 10 days in transit), I called and they replaced them all....plus a $15 gift certificate for our trouble. It was not even an Heirloom issue....it was USPS. The new roses arrived in timely manner and were in great shape. Extraordinary care by the customer service employee is to be highlighted here. She was actually checking in on us every few days to see if the roses arrived, gave us assistance after hours and went above and beyond. I wish I could remember her name.
