Flex Mount Battery BRACKET

Needs improvement

The flex mount in theory is ok, but in practice, not very secure and with no vibration dampening, can really put the battery through damaging shock and vibration which couldn't be good for the battery. With an inner tube and heavy duty Velcro straps, I think I can improve on the design. But it would be nice if the flat mount had a cradle( maybe adjustable) that would hold it better and an anti slip barrier glued to the carbon fiber and to the battery. It's obvious these kits require creativity to dial in. But definitely not worth 50. 00

This mount bolts on to your water bottle frame inserts it's light and strong made of aluminum, no complaints.

A different use for Flex Mount Bracket

Because of the limited space inside the frame of a full suspension bike, I decided to mount the battery outside of the frame but still able to use the bracket as an anchor point to strap down the battery. Instead of mounting the mini battery on the seatpost, I think mounting the battery this way would give the bike a lower central of gravity and more stable.
