Quality product - Scent profile is unpleasant

The product works great keeping my beard conditioned, no complaints there. I love the quality ingredients. However, my wife and I both find the scent profile very unpleasant. The scent profile smells medicinal to us; I've likened it to a cleaner I've smelled used in a hospital/Dr.'s Office. I'm not sure if all beard butters have a medicinal scent profile as I also purchased Baby New Year beard butter and it has a similar unpleasant smell to me and my wife. I can't wear the product as is, and I have to cover it up with something like Axe House beard balm to mask the smell. I understand there are risks with blind-buying scented products, but I had high hopes based on the product description, but I was really disappointed with these two scents. For the record, I absolutely love the scent profile of the Axe House beard balm I mentioned above.

When you beard from time to time you try new products. No matter what I sample my go to is always 1740..their oils, balms and butters are top notch. You will not be disappointed.
