Quality products, ingredients, and process

I'm currently using 5 Defenders for immune support and ERGO+ for brain health, inflammation reduction, and mitochondrial protection. I've used Real Mushrooms products on and off for almost five years and they're the only mushroom products I like to use. I appreciate that they're grown organically, are free of grains & fillers, and are transparent about their testing/verification process.

Real Mushrooms - Great Products

I started taking mushroom supplements are couple years ago. I take Lion's Mane for cognition, 5 Defenders for immune strength and ERGO+ for L-Ergothioneine. I feel great and will continue to take these products. Real Mushrooms is a very good, high quality product.
