EDC Jacket - Men's

Very nice jacket

I needed to update my old SeV System setup. I wanted something that I could use standalone or layered over a fleece or hoodie. The EDC is slightly warmer than my previous SeV shell jacket, which is a good thing. The EDC seems to cut the wind well, is soft, water resistant, and has lots of useful pockets including RFID shielding in one pocket. It's comfortable, looks and feels great, and has the typical, expected high-quality construction from SeV. I've been buying from SeV for decades and remain a very happy customer.

This jacket is great! I can store laptop and other electronics easily in this jacket. Would recommend

A new experience

I have bought a very large number of Scottevest products over the past 20 years. I absolutely love this brand, and their customer service is world class as well. So why the 4 stars, maybe for the first time ever for me. The is the first time a Scottevest item is not completely intuitive. I find the two front outer pockets have a very different design than ever before, and I will put things in them, only to find that they have disappeared way at the bottom, and I have to figure out how to retrieve them. This is a far cry from the recent Revolution and Revolution Plus jackets that I have. The reason I got this new one is due to the fact that I have lost a significant amount of weight, and the 2XL size jackets are now oversized for me. Fortunately, if I am wearing layers, the extra size is not totally problematic, but this was why I bought the EDC jacket in size L this time. The inside pockets on this jacket are much more familiar, and so I think with practice and thoughtful item placement, I can still get this to work. I do give it 4 stars after all!
