Beautiful, runs super small. Horrible customer service policies

The skirt itself is beautiful but seems to run very small. I ordered my size based on the sizing chart and it did not zip up. When I went to exchange it for the next size up I was denied because apparently the item was final sale? Most small clothing companies have actual item measurements on their website now, that would be super helpful for you to also incorporate if your items seem to run small even for your size chart. This will make me hesitate before ordering anything from below Kazan again. Especially with the atrocious return policy (seriously, not even an exchange?!)
