I have purchaed from SIP many times with no issues. Today my lackaged arrived and looked like it had been run over by a truck. This isnt SIP’s fault, but the carrier’s. However, this wouldnt be a problem if the discs had been packaged properly - to survive transit across the globe. They were not packaged well at all, and therefore both discs arrived broken. I am very disappointed. Please package your merchandise with care from now on. Carriers are not careful and do not handle packages safely, so it is the responsibility of the merchant to package their items with care.
