Colored Eye Base

Great base, nice pale yellow. It really helped my eyeshadow color pop. I've never had a better color payoff with an eyeshadow base. The reputation isn't just hype, this stuff actually works, worth the money.

I was so excited to get this colorful eye base for a look I had planned to do, however I wasted half the tube trying to get the liquid out of it. It was so watery! I tried everything from shaking the tube and squeezing the watery liquid out but it was all that was there with maybe a 1% of what was coming out the actual product in the tube. I am very disappointed.

it needs more pigment 3 it’s very sheer when you blend it in
