I recently brought my embarassingly dull knives to Knifewear team for a little TLC. As always, the service was fast, expert and, best of all, fun. I mean who doesn't want to talk knives and other cooking gear with smart, funny, playful folk who absolutely love what they do and always have at least one cool new addition for your kitchen arsenal. I had 5 or 6 knives to be sharpened. I dropped by and the first thing I was told was that if I was willing to wait in the store, they would be able to do them right away! Yeah! The second thing I was told was one of these knives was from their store and the first sharpening is free! Double yeah! And finally my knives were sharpened perfectly so all that makes me a big fan of Knifewear! Triple yeah!

How much do you value sharp knives?

The price to have my knives sharpened has more than doubled. Less than 2 years ago it cost $65 This time $157 with 2 fewer knives. I guess I'm buying my own sharpening tool!
