I am very disappointed with this bag and my experience with Able. When I ordered the bag the website said that it was back ordered which was fine. However, ship date continued to be pushed out and I needed up waiting two months to receive the bag. When I did receive it, it looked completely different than the photo online. The leather color is much darker than online and not high quality leather. I reached out to Able to ask for a refund instead of a store credit. I let them know I was unhappy with the bag, how long it took to receive it and that there were no other items on the website that I wanted to purchase with a credit. I was told there was no way to get a refund and to just hold onto the credit until I found something I wanted. Disappointed with my purchase and customer service!!
