Premium Grounding Mat

I am now sleeping at least 7 hours most nights thanks to the Premium Grounding sheet, the pillowcase and the Grounding mat - I haven't done that for years!!

Since having the grounding mat… which I place under my pillow case… I have noticed that I don't wake up during the night as much as I used too. There have been nights where I have slept right through. Premium Grounding are also very helpful with any questions before or after sale. Highly recommended the grounding mat. Thank you ☺️

Useful grounding mat

Because of it's portable size, I tend to move this mat to several locations depending what I'm doing. When I read, it's by my reading chair, when I am using my pc it sits on my footrest and when I am painting it stands in front of my easel. Extremely useful and I am very happy with this purchase. I have since purchased a Grounding sheet for my bed.
