Work Laptop Bag

A great bag with room for a few improvements

I just returned from a work trip where I used this bag almost constantly for five days, including two flights, multiple office settings, and free time. I loved it and I also have a few suggestions for improvement. The great things: All the pockets! Everything I carried had its own place and things were easy to find. No black hole bag here. The bottom shoe compartment was also nice to carry a pair of work shoes to change into at the office after a commute. The removable clutch/crossbody bag. This was so clutch (ha) to have a fully functional purse included in my backpack. No need to carry two bags or take up space in my backpack by stuffing in a purse. The clutch fit my phone, keys, chapstick, cards/cash, and hand sanitizer without being overstuffed. The appearance! This bag is beautiful and looks super sleek and professional. Areas of improvement: Pocket structure. The various sections of the bag encroach on each other when they’re filled. Putting a charger in the laptop compartment took space out of the main compartment. Likewise, putting shoes in the bottom compartment pushed the shoe compartment into the main compartment. It would be great to give these pockets a bit more structure so they all hold their maximum capacity without taking away space from another compartment. Laptop compartment zipper. There is only one zipper on the laptop compartment. Every time I opened it I searched for a second zipper, but it’s not there. Accessibility of clutch. When the clutch is secured into the front pocket, it’s almost impossible to open. I had to completely remove the clutch every time I wanted to grab my ID or a credit card. This got frustrating, especially when I needed to access my items quickly. Adding a little more wiggle room to the front pocket to allow the clutch to function when it’s secured in the pocket would be hugely helpful. Alternatively, a separate front pocket to quickly stash small items would be a great feature. Overall, I really enjoyed using this backpack for work and travel. It was almost perfect. I’d definitely recommend the bag, and I’d definitely purchase an updated version if a few inconveniences were addressed. Thanks for a really nice bag!

Not as Expected

The laptop compartment is very slim, once laptop is inserted into compartment, the zipper is very difficult to zip up. The zipper has busted open a couple of times because it is so stretched once laptop is inserted. Also, the detachable handbag is very stiff, would have been so much better if it was made of softer leather. Expected better considering the high cost of this laptop bag!

Just slightly too small

Great quality and design but everything is just slightly too small. Shoe compartment can only work if you are an American size 5or 6. Water bottle holders even unzipped are slight too tight and too short. Also be aware of the return policy. Not very forgiving.
