It didn't retain heat. It was scratchy against the skin (the soft felted side goes on the outside, with the canvas side on the inside - which seems like a very poor design choice). really disappointed, especially at this cost.

Love this heat pack! Stays warm for ages & I can move around doing things while wearing it! Definitely good value for money. Getting hubby one next as he’s using mine!😉

I found it takes quite a while to actually feel the heat through the fabric and I wish the other side/straps were a soft fabric too but overall this is a good heatpack and does the job! Cute and semi comfortable :)
