Great price compared to others I've seen, and child loves it!!

Poor customer service

My playstand came in opened and damaged. I emailed customer service in regards to this plus pictures so that I can get a replacement but no one has gotten back with me. It should have been packaged better to ensure the box doesn’t break open. Now I have an expensive broken product.

Terrible customer service

My package came damaged and there are pieces chipped because the package came opened and damaged. I had emailed in regards to getting a replacement but no one has messaged me back. It’s ridiculous to pay this much money on a damaged product with no one responding to my email about a replacement.
