I like the size of the steak! And used the stew meat today, it was cut up in nice one inch pieces! They were great! Enough for four generous meals!

Excellent product

Everything came nicely packaged and frozen solid. I was worried because my shipment was delayed a day by the shipping company. So far we have cooked the roast, and the ground beef and everything is great. I even used Northstar's meatloaf recipe.

I have been so happy with my purchase. We love the ground bison meat! Much better flavor than we have been buying at Costco. Also, when I placed my order, I was immediately contacted by someone from the company saying they would be delaying my order so that it didn't get stuck in a shipping warehouse over a weekend. I so appreciated that! Everything we have made with the bison has been delicious and as I expected.
