A good nights sleep
Since I started having a cup of sleepy tea before bed I’ve managed to have a good nights sleep each night rather than lying there counting sheep. It tastes nice too, I’m glad I’ve given this tea a go.

It works
I ordered a sample to start with and ended up ordering a bigger bag and it really does help to give you a goods night sleep. It also tastes better than the teabags you get in supermarkets which are meant to do the same job but don't.
