Love it. Using it with my frankincense which I've been getting for a couple of years now. Also using it with the Aches and pains roll on. Really helps my muscles when I over do.

Arnica
I have used arnica gels in the past. I am very happy that it is now in the form of oil. Will continue using the arnica oil rather than the gel
