Soft bristles! Hard for sensory issues.

I almost feel like my teeth dont get as clean, but maybe that's placebo, as we really don't need to brush hard to remove plaque. I'd love for a bamboo option, to compost my toothbrushes. Other than that, I have sensory issues when I brush, and these toothbrushes do add to that. Having some texture on the back of the brush head would help.

I've tried almost every manual toothbrush on the market and this is the best one I've found. It's super soft but still thoroughly cleans. I also love the colors.
