My floor is very erratic (old house) . I needed more braking to keep the chair stable and in place at my bench. Works a lot better now..

Poor quality.
Poor instructions,
Nut did not fit supplied bolt. Poorly milled. Had to buy new bolt and nut at Lowes.
Instructions do not show that folded steel tab on lock must fit into slot on existing wheel.
This kit is VERY DIFFERENT QUALITY than the Vyper chair, which has outstanding quality, fit and instructions.
