Fantastic. I have a 43 chest and a 32 waistline and I picked a medium, fits like a glove. Enough expansion when I run in it to breath. Enough flex for my mags so its not entirely uncomfortable. The lazer cut molly on the outside is a great for small admin pouches I have on it. The velcro is well stitched and lays perfectly flat.
