Feeling More Level Headed
Even though I've only been taking this for a short while, I feel like my thinking is lot clearer and that hectic days don't completely wear me out like before. So I'm excited to keep using this and feeling more improvements.

I also really like Cortisol Calming. I usually take it in the morning, since cortisol is naturally higher when we wake up, and it helps me feel more grounded. On a particularly stressful day, I took it in the evening as well and noticed a difference in how I felt.
