i love these so much!! i was a little worried all the glitter would be redundant, but each individual hue has its own distinct personalities. i recommend using finger tips on a sticky base if youre using these as stand alone shimmers, or packing them on top of a colour as a topper with your fingers or a foam tip applicator.
brushes will disperse the glitter very nicely but a finger will get you the opacity/max shimmer!! they are nice and soft so dont press too hard..
