Design, Craftsmanship, Service - all A+ There was a snafu with my order and product supply….something to do with the Tech side of AR’s business running through Ukraine. I got a call from Dave, the founder to talk through and alternative and in 15 mins I had a better appreciation for what I had ordered and knew my order was in good hands. Incredibly conscientious. Upon arrival, I was blown away with the tactile - the board was perfect, great weight, oiled and ready to go. The knives we holstered in leather sheaths that have been tucked away for that future road-trip or picnic they might go on. Handles are perfectly polished and subtlety detailed, blade is balanced to the point it danced through my first batch of parsley and took down a couple potatoes into military precise 1/4 inch fries. Never had a blade this sharp. Never have enjoyed prep work as much. My cooking will certainly hit the next level with this setup.
